This was one of several interactions with Steve since switching to State Farm recently. Even though it was almost 5 pm he was patient as I explained my challenge. He answered what he could, and vowed to call me first thing the following morning after doing some research. As promised, he called first thing the next morning with the answer to my question. Dealing with Steve and the State Farm team is a wonderful and refreshing change in a world increasingly dominated by chatbots. Interactions are efficient, effective, and brief! Unresolved challenges turn into problems. Steve and his team never let it get that far. He listens, he’s enthusiastic, empathetic and patient—recognizing that the ends and outs of insurance can sometimes be challenging for lay people.
